Not working after update (Putting a one star unless there is a solution to my problem)I bought this on Thanksgiving and it was my biggest purchase of the year, its my first ever Bose speaker. Install was easy, i know quite a few people mentioned its difficult to install, but I have to say unless you are from stone age (which means you are not efficient with your smart phone) the installation process is just as simple as setting up some random online account. TV Settings are the Key to Set-up! If it weren’t for an online troubleshooting video (not a Bose video) we’d still be stumped. The Bose Music app is essential but incomplete. One must make adjustments to ones TV settings. Besides turning off the television speakers and making audio adjustments (PCM, variable) one must also enable the CEC setting in order to turn on the HDMI ARC feature. Without that, the soundbar will play music but there won’t be a peep from the TV. Also enable the Alexa app to detect the soundbar. Honestly,…

Excellent sound. Average set up experience Sound is great, app set up can be a little annoying but allow me to provide some tips. The instruction manual just tells you to down load the app and follow instructions. Once you do that and plug it in, you can sync and update in the app. Be sure to have your display on your phone set to always on or you keep losing internet connection when your phone screen goes dark, thus making it take a lot longer, there is a tiny light bar in the front left, there are many combinations of lights that mean…
